If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us at email@example.com for replacement. Please notify us of damage within 2 days of receipt of your order.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days. Returned items must be accompanied by your original invoice and re-packaged in the original box with all components included. Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged.
Customers should arrange their own return shipping. We will not issue refunds if the product is not returned to us. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Include a copy of the return shipping receipt in the box so that we can refund your shipping costs.
After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price including your return shipping cost, but excluding the original shipping cost.
If any item has not been returned within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund.
We will replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
